What we do with what you send us.

Short version: we use what you share to reply to you and to do your job. We do not use your email for promotional contact, and we do not sell or share it with any other company.

Who we are

What we collect

When you call, email, text, or send the quote form, we collect what you give us: your name, business, phone, email, the details of the project, any photos or artwork you attach, and how you heard about us. When you visit the site, Google Analytics records usage such as pages viewed, time on page, how far a page was scrolled, and the region the visit came from; it does not store your IP address. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your request, send quotes and proofs, schedule site visits and installs, and keep your artwork files so reorders and repairs match. We reply the same business day. We will not use your email for promotional contact, newsletters, or sales calls, and we will not share it with any other company. If you ask us to keep you posted on something specific, we will, and you can stop that at any time by telling us.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside SignCo, with three exceptions that make the site and the work function: the company that hosts this website and relays your quote form to our inbox (Bluehost), Google Analytics, which measures site usage, and, for orders that include promotional products, the supplier who produces them. Each of those receives only what is needed to do that job. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Photos of your project

We like to show finished work on this site and on social media. We will ask before we publish a photo of your job, and we will take it down if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Project details, proofs, and artwork are kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period after, so we can match reorders and repairs. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we need to keep a record for a completed order.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@4signco.com. You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on without affecting anything on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with the date it took effect.
